You know those days when you just can’t wait to get home and mix yourself a stiff drink?

All my days are like that. It’s probably your fault.

Friday is always a special case, however. While I may occasionally be railroaded into working a weekend shift, my usual (and usually accepted) answer to the question, “Ruby, could you work four hours on Saturday?” is a succinct, “No.”
